The Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) in Enugu State, Comrade Barrister Fabian Nwigbo, has given the administration of Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah an "A" rating for its performance in improving workers' welfare and enhancing productivity across the state.
