ENUGU MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT BANS TRAFFIC TASKFORCE FROM ALL FEDERAL HIGHWAYS.

 



The Enugu State Ministry of Transport has  banned all manner  of Traffic Taskforce officials from federal highways in Enugu Metropolis with immediate effect. 


The Press Release which was signed by the Commander Enugu State Traffic Management Authority Mr Kenneth Aniebonam UGWU Stated that fake MOT task force officials have been having a field day but must Stop henceforth as the ministry has Set up a Special task force officials to put an end to this obnoxious Practice that is giving the MOT a bad name before the Public and the Motorists.



 The release Stated that the Ministry  taskforce officials have apprehended some of the fake officials while extorting Motorists in Enugu Metropolis recently and are currently facing interrogation and Prosecution.


The Members of the Public and Motorists are therefore advised to notify the office of the Commander (ESTMA) When Confronted by these fake Taskforce officials for immediate attention.


Anyone caught harassing Motorists in Enugu Metropolis Will be arrested and made to face the law. A word is enough for the wise.
