A trycylist who was accosted by the Ministry of Transport officials(MOT)in Enugu Metropolis yesterday for Violating traffic rules but went on to turn around to accuse the operators of turning upside down his tricycle to attract sympathy from Passersbys have been Proved wrong.

 While the infraction was going on between the operators and the trycyclist who claimed he was a Content Creator going to his set someone was recording the scene.


 The officials who insisted on taking the traffic offender to the office was stopped by the audience that the trycyclist attracted to the scene and they had to leave the scene to avoid further escalation of the incident.


Journalists at the scene decided to investigate the matter further by going to the Ministry of Transport Enugu office where they met with the Commander ESTMA Kenneth Aniebonam UGWU who brought out a Phone to show how the Video  of  how the trycyclist personally alighted and in a fit of anger turned his trycyle upside down .


 Investigation carried out by the reporters revealed that it was the passenger that was in the trycyle that the content creator asked to record the Scene and thereafter posted it online from where the Ministry officials picked it up.

 The Commander ESTMA asked, if the trycyle was turned by the MOT officials how come he allowed them to leave the scene and used the opportunity to warn Motorists and and trycylists operating in Enugu Metropolis to stop such behavior forthwith as any erring Motorists or trycylists will be prosecuted accordingly he Concluded.
