Today, I join millions of admirers, colleagues, friends, and well-wishers across Nigeria and beyond in celebrating an extraordinary statesman of science, engineering, innovation, and national development—Professor Bart Nnaji—as he marks his remarkable 70th birthday.

Your life has been a testament to the transformative power of knowledge, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the common good. Through your groundbreaking contributions to engineering, academia, industry, and public service, you have inspired generations to believe that excellence, innovation, and patriotism remain the strongest foundations upon which great nations are built.

As you celebrate this significant milestone, may Almighty God continue to grant you sound health, renewed strength, divine wisdom, and many more years of impactful service to humanity. Your legacy is already etched in history, but I am convinced that your greatest contributions are still ahead.

I also warmly congratulate the organisers of the Colloquium in Honour of Prof. Bart Nnaji, themed:

This landmark gathering, scheduled for Friday, 17th July 2026, by 9:00 a.m. at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Enugu, is a fitting tribute to a man whose life's work continues to illuminate the path of national progress.

I cordially encourage friends, associates, professionals, industry leaders, academics, and the general public to be part of this historic celebration of excellence and enduring impact.
