'Endorcement policy in APC : the worst hypocrisy in Nigeria politics '

People should tell our governor, Dr Peter MBA and his party  the APC that forced Endorsement in politics and democracy as  currently in Nigeria politics does not translate to popularity of a candidate but  deceits ! Moreso, when it is enforced  on the poor as  intimidation to  accept a candidate for an election ! This is pure hypocrisy and high level  sycophancy and gullibility in politics ! Equally, it is a symbol and instrument by ,  'emperor or a fascist ' to retain power ! 

 Let's cast our minds to once ;  an African ; 'Emperor Bokasa' of then Central African empire in the 70s who rose and ordered the murder of poor innocent school children for their failure  to wear his customised  uniform to  welcome him during  his coronation in   Bangui , the capital city. 

A  despot and a tyrant whose major  concern was mainly  to  consolidate and retain power ! 

His sad end should be a lesson in history for all;  and for our state governor, Dr Peter MBA and his principal Ahmed Tinubu ! 

A  democrate don't coarse people to like or  accept him , but rather ; his good works and name often speak louder  !.

These were the qualities and secrets of  our early past  Nationalists,  like Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi  Awolowo, AHMADU Bello, Aminu Kano, Dr M .I. Okpara and host of  many others  and noble politicians that shaped the affairs of  this great nation, Nigeria.  

The recent event of alleged query to  teachers in Igbo Etiti local government area of Enugu State by the educational officer of the LG  for  their failure to attend an endorsement rally of the state governor, Dr Peter MBA at okpara Square 'is very strange in Enugu state politics . Condemnable  as this ;  'is the question; 'where is  this kind of policy and intimidation coming from?' This is simply  'the  action of  ' an emperor  desperate to retain power at  all cost'!

' This is equally   artificial   action of a power drunk despot that may lead to no  where but  disgrace and failure !

 'Where does one again situate this type of action  in  modern politics and democracy  in  a state as ours in   this era.? And when our state was known to have  produced many prominent Democrats that  made  the state and this nation  proud ? 

Politics is a game of joy and free associations, not   intimidation of opponents!   Visiting presidential candidates of opposition  parties in the past were often and always encouraged to be free and  extend their good will messages and receiving  the blessings of the state by paying  courtesy calls to the Igwes or Obis  of the town before   campaign in the city or town ! 

This was the order and  joy of politics and democracy, not envy as is the case and common  with our  governor, Dr Peter MBA ! 

He  should know this and be encouraged to accommodate other members of the opposition parties.

His endorsement and violent attacks on the oppositions should be discouraged ! 

He should be equally reminded that the people of Enugu State have made their choice and  it is  the NDC, led by Mr Peter Obi and Sir Chiyeaka Ohaa as the governor come 2027 general election . And Princess Ada Ogbu, as  the senatorial candidate for  Enugu East  District  under the NDC. 

Vote NDC from top to bottom !

ENUGU MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT BANS TRAFFIC TASKFORCE FROM ALL FEDERAL HIGHWAYS.

  The Enugu State Ministry of Transport has  banned all manner  of Traffic Taskforce officials from federal highways in Enugu Metropolis with immediate effect.  The Press Release which was signed by the Commander Enugu State Traffic Management Authority Mr Kenneth Aniebonam UGWU Stated that fake MOT task force officials have been having a field day but must Stop henceforth as the ministry has Set up a Special task force officials to put an end to this obnoxious Practice that is giving the MOT a bad name before the Public and the Motorists.  The release Stated that the Ministry  taskforce officials have apprehended some of the fake officials while extorting Motorists in Enugu Metropolis recently and are currently facing interrogation and Prosecution.
