HOPE RISES IN AFFA AS REPORTS EMERGE OF KIDNAP VICTIMS’ RELEASE AFTER NDC VISIT- PRAYERS, BOLD WORDS ECHO THROUGH THE COMMUNIT
AFFA, ENUGU STATE — Relief and jubilation have returned to Affa following the release of the victims who were abducted in the community, shortly after the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) leadership visited the area to sympathise with the people.
During the visit, the NDC leadership, led by Sir Chinyaka Oha, offered prayers for the safe return of the victims and delivered an audacious message that the people of Affa would not be abandoned in their moment of distress.
The subsequent release of the kidnapped victims has sparked conversations across the community, with many pointing to the timing of the NDC visit and the prayers offered for the victims.
The NDC's message was clear: Affa would not be left helpless, and those terrorising innocent citizens should understand that the people, their leaders and God are standing against such acts.
While the circumstances surrounding the release remain subject to official confirmation, the development has brought renewed hope to the affected families and the entire Affa community.
