MEDIA GROUP HONOURS CIS KALU IBE OLUGU NIS ENUGU COMMAND.

 

A Media group Media Network Associates has honoured the amiable Comptroller Nigeria immigration Service Enugu State to Command with their annual Distinguished Leadership Merit Award 2026.



 In a Citation read at the event CIS Olugu was described as a game Changer who introduced many innovative Leadership qualities that has made NIS Enugu Command a reference point in immigration services. 


In the area of application for Passport Applicants today have heaved a sigh of relief for the manner they are treated and served at the Command,CIS Olugu was also credited with fighting Corruption and delaying the processing of the Passports and other immigration services in the command. 


In his reaction to the Award CIS Olugu was greatful to the Media group for finding him worthy of being hournoured with the Merit Award and Promised to Continue to deliver on the Mandate for a more efficient service delivery.


 The DC Visa Residency Mr Chama in his vote of thanks Noted that the CIS have been very helpful in putting a new Service delivery since he came on board and was therefore worthy of the honour by the Media group. 


He thanked the group for finding the Comptroller worthy of being hournoured.

ENUGU MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT BANS TRAFFIC TASKFORCE FROM ALL FEDERAL HIGHWAYS.

  The Enugu State Ministry of Transport has  banned all manner  of Traffic Taskforce officials from federal highways in Enugu Metropolis with immediate effect.  The Press Release which was signed by the Commander Enugu State Traffic Management Authority Mr Kenneth Aniebonam UGWU Stated that fake MOT task force officials have been having a field day but must Stop henceforth as the ministry has Set up a Special task force officials to put an end to this obnoxious Practice that is giving the MOT a bad name before the Public and the Motorists.  The release Stated that the Ministry  taskforce officials have apprehended some of the fake officials while extorting Motorists in Enugu Metropolis recently and are currently facing interrogation and Prosecution.
