MEDIA GROUP HONOURS CSP ALLEN EVANSON J DPO INDEPENDENCE LAYOUT POLICE DIVISION.

 A Media group South East Media Forum Penultimate Wednesday honoured the amiable DPO of Independence layout Division of the Nigerian Police Force Enugu with their Distinguished Leadership Merit Award for exemplary leadership in Crime fighting.

 In a Citation read during the event by the Zonal Chairman of the SEMF Comrade Norbert okolo, CSP ALLEN was described as a game Changer who has made a remarkable impact with in the short period he came on board as the DPO of Independence layout Police Division. 

The report further described CSP ALLEN EVANSON J as the Criminals nightmare as he personally leads by example.


 Independence layout area have of recent witnessed a rapid growth with the attendant increase in Crime rate and only Police Officer with a fresh Perspective in crime fighting can  bring peace in Such an environment and was confirmed by a Stakeholder in the area Sir Tobias Nwa for who noted that the area is now very Secured due to the recent activities of the Police in the area.


 CSP ALLEN EVANSON J in his response to the Award thanked the Almighty God for giving him the Strength to Contribute to the new Police transformation brought by the new Inspector General of Police RAILWAN OLATUNJI DISU and his Surbordinates. 


Today he noted the Police department is functioning with a new zeal to keep the environment safe from the criminal elements. 


This underscores the recent accolades the force is getting from the discerning Public that a new Sheriff is in town and the State Commissioner of Police CP MAMMA BITRUS GIWA Who have given us the enabling environment to function properly.


The honour he noted will Spur him and his officers to put in more effort to keep the environment safe from any form of insecurity he Concluded.

ENUGU MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT BANS TRAFFIC TASKFORCE FROM ALL FEDERAL HIGHWAYS.

  The Enugu State Ministry of Transport has  banned all manner  of Traffic Taskforce officials from federal highways in Enugu Metropolis with immediate effect.  The Press Release which was signed by the Commander Enugu State Traffic Management Authority Mr Kenneth Aniebonam UGWU Stated that fake MOT task force officials have been having a field day but must Stop henceforth as the ministry has Set up a Special task force officials to put an end to this obnoxious Practice that is giving the MOT a bad name before the Public and the Motorists.  The release Stated that the Ministry  taskforce officials have apprehended some of the fake officials while extorting Motorists in Enugu Metropolis recently and are currently facing interrogation and Prosecution.
