MEDIA GROUP HONOURS OKEYSON TRANSPORT LTD GM.

 


The South East Media Forum,a Media group yesterday in Enugu honoured Sir Tobias Udeji the General Manager of the leading transport Company Okeyson Transport Ltd in Enugu with their annual Distinguished Leadership Merit Award. 


In a Citation read during the event which took Place at the New ultramodern terminal of the Company,the Award was conceived and research and investigation carried out by Senior Journalists in the South East before arriving at the decision to honour the General Manager with the 2025/26 Distinguished Merit Award. 

The event attracted the attention of the Enugu Staff of the company which includes the Chief Security officer of the Company in South East Comrade A C Udeh, the Company's Assistant legal Adviser Barrister Linus Maduka,the terminal manager Hon Emma  Uduji, logistics  manager, Head finance, company Secretary and other members of the Staff.


 Reacting to the Honour Sir Tobias Udeji said he was Pleasantly surprised that the Award came without even having an inkling that the Media group was watching the operations of the transport Companies and that what this means to him and the company at large is for more work to continue with the improvement of the transport operations of the Company. 

In a Vote of thanks Comrade Udeh thanked the Media group for their unbiased assessment of the operations of the transport Companies before reaching at the verdict. 

He Promised that the company will Continue to improve on their operations for a more efficient and traveller's Satisfaction.

The high Point of the event was the Presentation of the Plaque to the General Manager Sir Tobias Udeji to the applause of the audience at the event and Some of their Passengers witnessed the  event in the Company's expansive Premises.
