Public Notice of Change of Name and Marital Confirmation

 


This is to formally inform the general public, relevant institutions, and authorities that I, formerly known as Ezeh Oluchukwu Olive, shall henceforth be known and addressed as Mrs. Pachucs Okolo Oluchukwu Olive following my lawful marriage to Prince Pachucs Okolo Patrick Chukwuma.

This declaration is made for official records, identification purposes, and for the attention of banks, embassies, and the general public. All former documents bearing my previous name remain valid and refer to the same person.
