In a press statement signed by Elder Statesman Chief Adonis Igwe JP, it was noted that "this move is not just a strategic decision; it reflects hope for the downtrodden and the masses yearning for a better future." The Obi phenomenon, which swept across the Niger in 2023, is poised to repeat itself, and it's crucial that all stakeholders join forces to make it happen.


In Enugu State, the Obedient Movement is gaining momentum, and it's essential that everyone aligns themselves with the leadership of His Excellency Dr. John Nwokeabia, the known leader of the opposition and Obedient Movement in Enugu State. Where Dr. Nwokeabia and Peter Obi stand is where we go, and Nwokeabia's leadership has been instrumental in coordinating opposition and driving the movement to victory in the 2023 election.


The elder statesman emphasized that with the 2027 presidential election approaching, it's time for the people of Enugu State to rally behind competent candidates who can lead the charge. Peter Obi's track record and commitment to the people make him the ideal candidate, and the ADC is the perfect platform to ride on.


Furthermore, the elder statesman called on His Excellency Dr. John Nwokeabia to make himself available for an elective position this time around, citing his competence and past sacrifices, particularly in the 2023 general election where he led a structureless party to victory at all levels.

  The Leader of Labour Party in Enugu West Dr John Okechukwu Nwokebia has Commended the Labour Party faithful over their Conduct in yesterday's Local government Council Election in Enugu State. Gentlemen of the Labor Party, what the PDP and Enugu State Government did in making sure that the ENSIEC LGA elections were not free and fair did not come as a surprise to us.  They made it known through their agents that they were going to write the results of the elections even before the votes were cast.
