HON IGBO ERNEST CHIGOZIE CLINCHES LABOUR PARTY TICKET FOR OJIRIVER LGA.

 


The Labour Party Primary  election for the Chairmanship  Position in the coming  October election which came up yesterday at the Comfort Lodge Nkpokolo Achi was Won by Hon Igbo Ernest Chigozie with a land slide victory over his rival Muba Moses onyedikachi with  56 votes while Muba Polled 4 votes. 

The election which was monitored by Ensiec officials was conducted in a convivial atmosphere with out rancour.The delegates who arrived early to the venue was registered and shortly after the arrival of the Ensiec officials the process started and was concluded within time with the officials explaning to the Party faithfuls who were at the Venue the reason why they were at the Primary.

 In his victory speech.  Hon Ernest Chigozie brimming with Smiles  thanked the Party Stakeholders  Present for their commitment and trust reposed in him in choosing him to represent Labour Party in the coming election.

Hon Igbo  noted that it is obvious the People of Ojiriver have identified labour Party as the party that will take Oji to the next level which informed the total victory it recorded during the last election.

For those who made this Victory possible like Dr John Nwokeabia the leader of the Party in Enugu west,Dr Mc Ginger Ibeneme the Local government Chairman of labour Party ,the Executives, delegates Ernest Promised not to disappoint the Party faithfuls if voted into it power and reminded them that the real job will be in October during the local government election he concluded.
