Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu Celebrates His In-Law, Mrs Stella Azuka Ihezue, In Grand 50th Birthday Celebration*

It was an enchanting evening of elegance, warmth, and heartfelt celebration as Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu , the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the forthcoming November 8, 2025, Anambra State election, led family, friends, and associates in celebrating his beloved in-law, Mrs Stella Azuka Ihezue (née Adim), on the grand occasion of her 50th birthday.
Held at the prestigious Signature Hall of Radisson-Onyx Hotel, Awka, the golden jubilee celebration, aptly themed “Stella’s Jubilee of Grace”, sparkled with laughter, music, and emotional tributes. The atmosphere exuded sophistication and joy as a constellation of political figures, business leaders, and family members converged to honour a woman whose life radiates strength, humility, and divine favour.
For Mrs. Ihezue, a seasoned banker with one of Nigeria’s foremost financial institutions, the day marked more than just half a century on earth, it was a testimony of grace. In her teary yet graceful remarks, she offered profound thanks to God for His mercies, protection, and abundant blessings that had guided her through life’s journey. “This day reminds me that God has been my anchor,” she said, her voice trembling with gratitude. “Every chapter of my life tells of His love and grace. I owe everything to Him.”
The celebrant used the occasion to extend appreciation to her family and in-laws for their constant love and support. In a heartfelt moment, she spoke glowingly of Prince Ukachukwu, describing him as “a pillar of strength, a man whose heart overflows with compassion, and whose generosity uplifts everyone around him.”
Prince Ukachukwu, poured out glowing tributes to his mother-in-law, his words weaving emotion and admiration into poetry.
“Today,” he began, “we are not just celebrating 50 years of a woman’s life; we are celebrating 50 years of grace, resilience, and divine purpose. She is a rare gem, a woman whose presence brings light, warmth, and wisdom into every room she walks into. Her heart is vast enough to accommodate everyone, her faith unwavering, and her love unconditional.”
The crowd erupted in applause as he continued, smiling warmly in the direction of the celebrant and his wife. “If you ever wonder where my wife, Ugochi Mitchel Ukachukwu, got her kindness, beauty, and grace,” he said, “just look at her mother. My Mother-in-law is a woman of quiet strength and deep wisdom, and every virtue my wife carries is a reflection of the woman who raised her.”
Prince Ukachukwu speaking with a tenderness that melted hearts, described his wife; Mrs. Ugochi Mitchel Ukachukwu as “the light of his life, a source of joy, renewal, and brilliance that warms his world.” He said her presence brings peace to his heart and purpose to his soul, adding that she embodies the same love and radiance her mother carries. To him, she is “the calm after the storm, a prayer answered, and a forever muse.”
The hall responded with thunderous applause and affectionate smiles, as Mrs. Ukachukwu blushed gracefully.
Prince Ukachukwu went further to commend the celebrant for nurturing a closely-knit family anchored on love and faith. “The Ihezue family,” he noted, “is a model of unity and grace, proof that when a woman builds her home with prayer and love, generations will rise and call her blessed. Mummy Stella, today we celebrate you not only for who you are but for the beautiful legacy you’ve sown in the lives you’ve touched.”
