The Elders Council led by the party's former Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Ben Obi , at the weekend met in Awka where they came up with the call. The party egg heads told journalists shortly after the meeting  warned that the party's National Working Committee (NWC) of any plan to dissolve Anambra executives of the party. Rising from the Awka meeting, which held at Senator Obi's countryhome, the party chiefs pointed out that there was no problem or disagreement within or against the elected executives of the party in the State, nor has there been any protest as to the election of the executives.
